RED HOT CHILI MAMONT

You're traveling through Siberia in the depths of winter and your transport breaks down. You have two options:

1. Freeze to death quite quickly;
2. Break out the vodka, probably still freeze to death, but slowly and with a better attitude about it.

Try this to warm up.

INGREDIENTS

+ 1 oz Mamont Vodka
+ 2/3 oz lemon juice
+ 4 drops chili sauce
+ 1 red chili
+ honey

Pour the freshly squeezed lemon juice into the first curved Mamont shot glass and gently add vodka to secure the layers. Infuse with a few drops of chili sauce. Pour the honey into the second shot glass and insert the chili for a hot appetizer.
BLOODY MAMONT

Bloody Mary has been named the world's most complex cocktail, but Russians do not traditionally mix vodka in a cocktail.

Bloody Mamont is the perfect combination of the traditional Russian "zakuski", (little salty finger food, such as pickled vegetables) which is enjoyed between straight vodka shots.
INGREDIENTS

+ 1.5 oz Mamont Vodka
+ 2 tsp pickle juice
+ 3 oz fresh tomato juice
+ 2 tsp horseradish juice
+ black pepper
+ sea salt

Stir to combine all the ingredients, except for the pickle juice and Mamont Vodka. Pour these two ingredients into the first curved Mamont shot glass.
Rinse the second shot glass with pickle juice and gently pour the vodka into the glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and cherry tomatoes.
TRANS-SIBERIAN TEA

When you spend a long time on a train, it turns into your second home.

Tea is a traditional Trans-Siberian train beverage, served in a uniquely shaped cup; a glass slipped inside an ornate silver metal holder.
Every Trans-Siberian train has a special tea boiler, heated by a real fire!
INGREDIENTS

+ 1.5 oz Mamont Vodka
+ 1 tsp Earl Grey Black Tea
+ raspberry jam
+ a few raspberries (fresh or frozen)
+ cinnamon stick

Chill the black raspberry jam-infused tea and pour into the first curved Mamont shot glass, use a cinnamon stick as a straw.
Pour the vodka into the second shot and add raspberries.
TUNDRA SHOT

The tundra boasts life in the polar extremes - it is cold, even when the summer sun finally melts the top layer of ice.

Below ground, permafrost keeps unrevealed stories of the animal of the Ice Age - the woolly mammoth that may shed new light on our own ancestors' role in their extinction.
INGREDIENTS

+ 1.5 oz Mamont Vodka
+ 1 bowl of frozen blueberries
+ 1 tbsp lemon juice
+ 1 tbsp brown sugar
+ 1 tbsp blueberry liqueur

Blend the blueberries, sugar and lemon juice until there is a smooth consistency.
Fill the first shot glass with crushed ice, add the smoothie mix, and top with a few berries.
Pour the blueberry liqueur into the second shot, & gently layer the vodka. Instead of liqueur, substitute with blueberry syrup.
WRANGEL ISLAND

In Russia, vodka is drunk neat and chilled, but not frozen, over the course of a long meal. Usually, complimentary salty or sour appetizers, such as famous pickled vegetables or fruit are served.
INGREDIENTS

+ 1 oz Mamont Vodka
+ 2/3 oz Kahlua

Slowly stir down the vodka and liqueur in a Mamont curved shot glass and serve immediately.
Garnish with chocolate-covered coffee beans.
